About a mile away from Damouhari one can meet the wild and brushy Aegean shore of Karavostasia. A few relics of an old building portray its Byzantine connection. The local inhabitants call it Paliokastro of Karavostasia which is a solitary and verdurous coastland, with residential signs of an ancient settlement. It is situated at about 3km away from Tsagarada.
